“Order a sample in hopes of putting in a full order but the wrong sample was sent. Doesn't fill you with much hope so will go else where.”

“Ordered this for my son's bathroom having used a similar product 3 years ago. I found that these were less flexible than the previous model making it more difficult to fit around radiator pipes. The joints are also fairly brittle so have to be very careful to avoid damage. Finished job however excellent and my son and his wife were absolutely delighted with the end product”

“Delivery of my flooring didn't turn up when expected with no communication of when it will arrive. How am I suppose to arrange for someone to be home when it does arrive.”

Hi Jane, Thanks for your review, as per our telephone conversation, Tuffnells have marked this down as delivered, obviously in error. We are chasing this for you, as it was marked as delivered, we wouldn't have known anything about this until you called to advise you hadn't received it. “THE PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE AS AGREED WAS 2 DAYS LATE. NO UPDATES ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY AND ALTHOUGH ASKED FOR NO UPDATES ON THE DAY AFTER EITHER BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET THE DELIVERY COMPANY TO UPDATE THEM! THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, THE PATTERN IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WHO CLAIMS IT IS THE SAME PRODUCT AND CONFIRMED REFUND IS ONLY APPROVED IF WE PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM OR DELIVER IT OURSELVES BACK TO THEM. NO COMPLAINT OR DISPUTE PROCESS ... SHOCKING”
