“I've yet to install the product. So this is not a product review. Factory Direct Flooring sent free samples immediately, which helped our choice to buy from them. The product was a good price. Immediately after order, the company called me to arrange delivery and delivered within 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“Brilliant service flooring arrived on time. Driver called to say he was on his way. I was told it was a drop off to kerb but I am a pensioner and boxes were heavy so he bought them to the house.brilliant will definatly use again. Thank you”

“Brought flooring ac4 which you would expect to last long, i have no shoes an only clean the floor with a damp cloth an now discovering the coating on laminate is coming away. I've got in touch with the company an they basically say i have damaged it . I will not buy from them again neither will i recommend.”

Dear Mrs Waight, We can only offer advise based on the information and photos provided by yourself. Unfortunately it does appear that the flooring has become damaged after it was installed as chips, dents and scratches do not represent any defect that is due to the manufacturing process. We are sorry to hear that you would not purchase from us again but in all honesty, any type of flooring product will scratch, chip and dent if adequate care isn't taken to protect it. We also apologise that we are unable to assist with a warranty claim, the wear layer warranty does not cover accidental damage i'm afraid.

“Delivery was excellent and the driver was most helpful. Pricing of 18mm engineered oak flooring was very competitive at £27 per sqm. Quality was impeccable and to top it all, the flooring came with 25 year guarantee. We installed flooring in the kitchen, hallway and living room. Fitting was a breeze and we had no waste. We were so impressed with the product, we have put in an equivalent order for four bedrooms. Company comes with our full recommendation and blessings”

“I had a query about the flooring I wanted so rang the company this was answered straight away so I was able to go ahead online & place order. The ordering is simple & easy to do. I received a phone call soon after that to arrange a delivery which was within two days. The delivery arrived on time in the specified time scale. Excellent service. This is the third time I have bought from Flooring Direct they are consistently good.”
