“I purchased your Prestige Oxford Oak laminate flooring for my new kitchen and have been delighted with it so far. It is not the easiest of flooring to lay, in fact to date I have failed to put a single plank down in accordance with the instructions. However, once it is down the effect is great and appears to have a very good and robust joint mechanism. I have found that the best way to lay it is to couple complete room widths together and then couple those as a single unit into the floor already laid. When tapped together to completely close the joint the effect is stunning. I have been walking about on it for a couple of months now without any sign of movement. Great product.”

“Very impressed with the Oak flooring, it has achieved the look I wanted. Service was very good and deliver driver very helpful in placing all of the boxes in my garage for me. Overall a very good service and will probably return when I come to decorate my bedroom.”

“The service, product is very good, price okay too....but falls very short when it comes to delivery. The window given is 08.00-17.00, basically a whole day of not knowing (waiting) when the delivery will be made. These days, the vast majority of delivery/courier companies now give a 1-3 hour window (with updates)so this needs to be looked at and changed...if Ikea can do it, then it can't be that difficult.”

“We are yet to put our flooring down so can't yet comment on how it looks. The service was brilliant. I ordered the flooring Saturday monday morning had a call to say they could deliver the very next day. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Driver called within an hour before the delivery arrived.”

“Had a slow start where my order did not arrive as agreed on the day, but on contacting Factory Direct Flooring they checked out the problem and arranged to get it to me the same day as me contacting them. On checking the flooring I ordered I am pleased with the protection and condition of the flooring on arrival and now looking forward to installing in four days time.”

“Choosing from the website and ordering was easy and this was confirmed by a real human on the phone - very efficient. Also delivery was on the day and in the time slot promised. I think there is room for improvement though, as other suppliers give an estimated time of arrival for their deliveries. This is extremely helpful for busy people like me to organise our day. If this were to increase your cost slightly, I'd be willing to pay the extra.”
