“The flooring was delivered 2 days after we placed the order and arrived in good condition. Good price, easy to lay and looks great.”

“LVT Floor tiles seem good quality, but they have only just been laid, so time will tell. However, the delivery service was appalling. The delivery should have been between 8am and 6pm on the Wednesday so we stayed in all day. When we telephoned to chase shortly after 5pm we were told that there was no problem but no offer was made to chase it. The tiles did not turn up on Wednesday, so we had to cancel our fitter already booked. We discovered that there is no way of contacting this company after 5pm other than by email. We telephoned again on Thursday to be told that "this courier had been getting a few things wrong recently". after chasing again 45 mins later, we were told that the delivery had been rearranged for that day - it did arrive that afternoon, but because they were not able to give us any indication of time, we had to waste another morning. They agreed to refund the delivery charge, but don't expect any compensation - that's not "company policy". Poor service and poor communication. We won't use them again. You can get similar quality at similar prices with better service eksewhere.”

Dear Mr Rice, As we discussed we are very sorry for the delay in delivering the items to you and yes, the courier has had some network issues recently, luckily these have now been resolved. Our telephone lines are live until 17:30. We did refund the cost of delivery due to the delay. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

“Good quality samples to help me decide, very prompt service and delivery. I bought Golden Oak engineered wood flooring and it looks fantastic, easy to fit and a beautiful colour. Very happy.”

“Excellent service and very helpful on the phone before I ordered. A couple of hiccups on delivery but all ironed out totally satisfactorily. I love my new flooring, it looks fabulous in my bedrooms. Highly recommend this company - excellent customer service and competitive prices. I would order from them again. Happy Devon customer!”

“Love my new flooring!!! I would definitely recommend and use Factory Direct Flooring again!! From the start of deciding what flooring/company to order from, I was very impressed with the “free samples” which arrived in my post box less than 24hours later. Customer service was amazing, a very pleasant guy called to confirm my order & arrange delivery time literally only 10 minutes after submitting online. Unfortunately a negative....price of delivery! After reading other customers comments this seems to let the company down. Again we did not receive courtesy call either, shame.”

“Took a day off work for delivery, contacted via email lunch time to say delivery van broken, delivery might turn up, still waiting to hear if delivery happens. Not a good start, can’t comment on the flooring as haven’t received it.”

Dear Esther, We are very sorry about the delay, due to a vehicle breakdown we were unable to guarantee the delivery for today. As we discussed, if the vehicle is recovered in time it may still arrive today. If not we can have it with you by 12:00, the next day or any other day that suits you best. Our customer service team will be contacting you later today with an update.
