“Very pleased with factory direct flooring. First off they were the best price by a fair amount. Secondly, someone was always on the phone within seconds of ringing. That included a Sunday when I made my offered and thirdly the delivery was super quick. Arrived in two days from offered. There is a lot of companies out there on the internet selling flooring but this is the best one I have used. Thanks”

“Very impressed with processing of order, but disappointed that, although I had been informed that the deliver driver would call and give us one hour’s notice, it didn’t happen. The delivery was mid-dayish but some notice would have been far more helpful. Who is able to stay at home all day, awaiting a delivery. The floor hasn’t been laid yet so I’m unable to comment on quality.”

“Really liked the range of flooring you have and the free samples you get are great for showing customers. My only complaint is that you pay £30 for delivery no matter how small an amount your order.”

“I was delighted with the selection of flooring available and it was very easy to put in an order on-line with a speedy response phone call to arrange a delivery date, which was within 48 hours. My only issue was that on-line you can only input lengths to purchase by metre. I only wanted an additional 12 cm, it would have been helpful to be able to purchase, say 1/3 or 2/3 metres by screen input. I mentioned this to the person arranging delivery and the response was that this can be done but, having set up a card payment, it did not seem worth the bother at that late point in the purchase.”

“Ordering was really easy. On the website you put in the measurements of area and it calculates the amount of packs you need, prices were great and easily seen prior to ordering. Phone call from customer service approx 30 mins later to arrange delivery. We only wanted two days. However I was informed I would get a call from delivery team with an hour time slot. This didn't happen but glad we were at home. might have been a very different review if we were out at the time. The driver dropped the laminate off on a pallet . Very pleased with the quality of the laminate and the colour. Bargain price too. Would definitely but again.”

“Initially was unable to order my laminate on line due to a website error, however this was quickly rectified following a phone call to customer services, who corrected the error and . advised me to try again 5 minutes later. I was puzzled though as to why my order was not taken over the phone? However, after placing my order, I was contacted very quickly to arrange a delivery date, which was impressive.”

“Does what it says on the tin. Perfect. Ordered Wednesday arrived Friday. Highly recommended only morons who don't follow the instructions could fail. I E a review complaint saying it didn't work when they STUCK it down!!!! Its a floating floor. Just buy it great product and a great price. Google search a discount code.”
