“I bought the Herringbone, Tobacco light flooring. I think it looks really nice. Hopefully it will be durable, time will tell. For now I am very happy. Attached a photo showing the lounge where I have the flooring. Ignore the tools on the right of the photo.”

“Very happy with the whole process of ordering our laminate flooring from Factory Direct Flooring Ltd. Item arrived exactly on time as per email notification. Delivery driver was very helpful and phoned ahead to let me know of his arrival time. Flooring packs were very securely packed on a sturdy pallet, well protected with wood top and side protectors and securely shrinkwrapped, no damage at all. Beadings came in a seperate strong cardboard tube We ordered the Prestige 8mm Archer Oak laminate from the website, but were delivered Kronospan 8mm Sherwood oak instead, no explanation given as to why ?? Nevertheless, we love the flooring supplied which appears identical to what we ordered, went down nice and easy and locks together neatly. The colour matched Scotia / beading is a perfect match too. Overall, we are very happy with our new flooring, even though it differed from what we ordered. Ended up ordering 1 pack too many as the supplied Kronospan packs contained 9 planks rather than the 8 planks advertised for the Prestige product, so could have got away with ordering 3 rather than 4 packs, if we'd known !”

“Hi there, I was a bit worried when you said it would be left on the pavement...I am on my own and would not be able to lift the flooring , but your courier was a very pleasant and kind person and took it into the house for me. I was glad it came a day early as it was raining the next day. The joiner came and laid the floor on the Friday and has done a beautiful job, so a very happy person now...thank you.”

“Having been disappointed with an order from another flooring company, I was wary of ordering online again, but will have no hesitation recommending Factory Direct Flooring, fantastic! quick service, ordered on the sat and could choose my delivery day in that coming week..so it arrived on my day off.. perfect. Lovely quality, easy to handle, looks amazing, will definitely recommend and will use in the future!”
