“Ordered on line very easy,the same day I had a phone call to arrange delivery,delivery arrived before midday so I did not have to wait in all day,but did not receive a call from the delivery guy an hour before as I was told I would get but was not really an issue to me as delivery arrived in the morning anyway.”

“I wanted waterproof flooring for my shower room and after searching the net, found a couple of firms who sold the item. I ordered some free samples from Factory Direct and decided to order from them because not only was the samples received ideal, but the price was very competitive. My drive is quite narrow, but the delivery man did his best to drive up as far as he could to make things easier. All in all, i'm very pleased with the service from Factory Direct and I will use them again in the future.”

“I purchased White oak davos. Exellent service , prompt delivery ,no damage. It has been laid many weeks now and I'm really satisfied. It doesn't show the dirt easily and a dream to clean. Would certainly recommend it. Very good quality and value.”

“Initially the samples were sent out really quickly and easily. Once I'd chosen, the price was really good and the boards were first class when they turned up. 110m2 (2 pallets) within 48 hours! On top of that customer service was really friendly when organising a delivery slot. What's not to like? :-)”
