“Great company. Havent got flooring down yet. But spoke to luke on the phone and he sorted my extra order out within seconds. Rang on my delivery date to see what sort of time delivery would be and they were very helpful. Amazing really dont usually find such a excellent well run company. Thank you”

“Still have not received my order after having to take extra days off of work to wait in for the delivery, yet still no clarification of when I will receive my order so I am losing further money and further waiting in all day on the chance I may receive it today... called multiple times to no success, very close to cancelling my order.”

“Brilliant waste of money! Like an online fruit machine, money in, expect a payout. More chance of a Virgin birth. Good at taking the money and playing the it's been delivered card. Expected due date was Friday, now its Monday. Brilliant....now not replying to emails. Once again, cheap for a reason......”

Hi Steve, Thank for the comments, unfortunately some deliveries that are offshore have been delayed. We do chase the couriers, but their communcation is a little slower than normal. Apologies for the delay, we have highlighted this to the courier in the hope that they will imporve the delivery service to your area.

“Product was delivered to the wrong house and no contact with delivery driver at the drop off. Walking the items down my road to the correct house was not ideal.”

Hi Matilde, Thank you for your review, I can only see a free sample under this order number and nothing else under your name. As you may have noticed from the images online for these products you had a sample of, they do vary in shade and tone, as they are made to imitate a real wooden floor, some parts will be lighter and other parts darker - all items supplied have an SKU number that is matched from the invoice to the packs, sometimes the names may vary but the SKU number identifies each product.

“Good carpet and price, terrible delivery ( delivery driver just left the carpet outside the house, and it was on a very heavy cardboard roll so we were unable to mov it round corners) All in all, good product and price, terrible delivery service.”
