“For quite expensive flooring I wasn’t impressed at all to be honest, I have fit laminate before and this was quite poor quality, the grooves just wasn’t deep to click together with. In general it doesn’t look all bad but the laminate I replaced it with was such better thicker quality! And one of the packages arrived damaged! Luckily I just had enough to finish the job. I wouldn’t not buy from here again.”

“We ordered oak LVT flooring, was on offer and was the best price we could find, the delivery was on time, driver was great and the quality of the flooring was fantastic, even better than i thought it would be, only small criticism was some boards looked like they had saw teeth marks on them but once down it wasn’t visible and it looks great”

“It is a little unfair to rate you so low. It's not the company itself, its who you chose to do the delivery. A van turned up - But had no package for us inside. The Guys didn't really seem phased in admitting they'd left the package behind as it couldn't fit (But somehow didn't think to modify their route, so, in a first, a van turned up for no reason and left!) Subsequent chasing by your end (Thank you, by the way) lead to vague promises of 'next day' Followed by a 'Your package was delivered successfully' update *Spoiler - It wasn't - The 'proof' was a random signature from a stranger! (*Hell, Yvonne - Whoever you are. Hope you're enjoying our flooring btw) Now a week on from the 'next day' delivery, you have arranged a re-shipment (Thank you, again) This is neither what we really wanted nor is it cost-effective or good for business for you! Would love to give you an idea of what my flooring is like. That'll be much easier, when I can actually see it! Hope you rethink your supply chain choices *all following questions in past tense so difficult giving honest answers, sorry!”
