“Delivery driver was lovely and did all he could to help. It was his first day on the job but you wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t have said. The flooring itself arrived the wrong colour. Online it looked much darker than in person. Still nice but just keep this in mind when purchasing.”

“flooring delivered as requested very well wrapped and protected. 12 mm click is soft grey oak looks fabuolas would recommend ordering a sample first as i did, was spoilt for choice. have ordered from direct flooring previously as always great product good quality flooring. does what it says in the instructions. perfect I'm sure i will be ordering again thank you for your prompt service. as always brilliant.”

“The lino came quickly, and the colour was perfect. The only downside was damage on the very ends and a small amounts of what seems to be a glue residue which did clean off. But on the whole very pleased with the product”

“I needed 'Progold' underlay for flooring bought prior to being aware of FDF Ltd. regrettably. Although there was no difference in the flooring price between the two merchants at the time, what was notable was the flooring I'd bought was on offer, so FDF would normally beat the price I paid, so lesson learnt. I did buy the underlay though and it was not only much more competitively priced, it was delivered super fast, securely packaged and I have no doubt that as the next project in a whole house renovation looms, this company, based on quality products and pricing as well as delivery will be my first port of call in future!”
