“Product is good customer service was helpfull but i was given wrong amount of beading .I asked for help calculating what i would need but it isn't enough but i will shop with direct flooring again thanks.”

“Quick and easy to order aamples which were posted promptly. Once decided on flooring I chose to collect as easier. Good value flooring compared to others I received. Only negative is cost of posting, which was too expensive, hence my decision to collect.”

“Unfortunately the first lino we received was damaged but customer services were really good and arranged for it to be collected and a replacement sent out no hassle. The second one we received had a small amount of damage - looked like something sharp or a corner of a heavy box had left a triangle shaped dent in the lino but we decided to keep this one. Think if the rolls had better packaging they would be a bit more protected from getting dinks and knocks. We had ordered a size about 30cm more than we needed in each direction but if I were to order again I'd order a spare metre. The lino itself seems fine.”

“I recently purchased Quickstep flooring from this company and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. The sales representative on the phone advised of the different types of underlays to complement the floor I had chosen and to be honest I had only called for technical information and availability. I was that impressed so I placed the order over the phone. The flooring arrived a few days later and one of the packs had been damaged. I sent an email and photos of the damaged pack to customer services and 24hrs later I had an email back and a follow up phone call. Factory Direct Flooring are leading the way with how to deal with their customers. 5 out of 5 and I would certainly be buying from them again.”
