“Both the cushioning and the beading we orchestrate top quality. In both instances the orders failed to arrive on time. In fact, there was no communication from them. Neither product could be tracked and we had to compensate the floor layer, who turned up to fit the flooring that hadn't arrived. An excellent product key down by an appalling delivery service.”

“Flooring looks fantastic and durable however had issues with delivery due to lack of communication between each of the courier's the product had exchanged with. Due to this communication issue the product was unfortunately late and multiple packs damaged, from miss handled and being left outside.”

“Disappointing, ordered one box of flooring, paid £30 delivery and it appeared to be well packaged with polystyrene on the ends of the planks but when I unwrapped it ready to lay over the underlay every plank had the corner damaged which affected the click fitting, the pack had clearly been wrapped up already damaged so quality control is sadly lacking. Too late to return it so had to make do and cut off the damaged ends, not a straightforward fitting as hoped.”
