“The laminate flooring was delivered in perfect condition. It was delivered on the day that I asked for. I was very worried that it was only to be delivered curb side. It was delivered to my doorstep which is a tremendous plus. Luckily I have a front drive. Excellent quick service.”

“I bought some vinyl click flooring for a garden office and I was hugely impressed by both the quality of the material and the finish. Looks much better in person than on the website. I took a gamble as I needed it quickly so didn't have time to order a sample. It also looks expensive but was reasonably priced, I will certainly buy more in future.”

“Great service I emailed first to check stock and got an immediate response then ordered my flooring which I am very happy with. I purchased grey herringbone it is a great product and lays and fits well. I am a women over 60 and had no trouble laying it as per the instructions given. Very pleased with my purchase and floor.”

“Delivery did not arrive as scheduled, no idea when it will - a days holiday wasted. In the past Factory direct flooring have been great however this time there was no communication to indicate an issue. Will question using them again and am unsure if the item I paid for will arrive.”
