“I ordered 60m2 of black vinyl for my kitchen. I received an update telling me it was cut and ready for shipping and then it never arrived. A few days after the delivery date I phoned and was told the order was cancelled because they don’t deliver to Northern Ireland. If I hadn’t phoned I would never have been told. Disappointing.”

“First time ordering flooring online, and first time using Factory Direct Flooring Ltd. I was impressed in how quick the flooring was delivered, and the professionalism and care taken by the delivery men when bringing the flooring into my home. When it came to laying the flooring, my fitter found it straight forward to lay, and I must say this is by far the best flooring I've had in my living room, lets hope it meets up to durability now...although my home is a home where people take their shoes off at the door.”

“Purchase went through quite easy and was supplied with a invoice and delivery date. However because I was working at the time of delivery I paid someone to sit and wait for the delivery and on arrival telephone the floor fitters but on returning from work the paid sitter was still in the house and no delivery.”

“The flooring is lovely. Very good quality. The only reason I give four stars instead of 5 is that we had difficulty getting the panels to stay in and they kept popping up and had to take a small piece of the locking system off to get it to fit flush. It looks lovely down though. Lovely grain and colour”
