“This was my first dealings with this company and I was super happy with them and the quality of their product. I have only one criticism and that is that I was not informed that it would be a pallet delivery, not everyone has the facility to get rid of a pallet especially if they happen to live in a flat, so the pallet gets burned in most cases and not recycled for further use as it should be . I found one box of laminate slightly damaged after the driver had left, I immediately contacted factory Direct Flooring with a photo of the damage. There was not problem from them they asked if I could use the product on area's of natural waste during installation, which I agreed to. They then immediately refunded the cost of that box to my account same day so very impressive service. I thank those members of staff (Mike) that assisted me with this matter”
