“Be aware the delivery date calender has no significance to your delivery. Flooring direct use tuffnells who use Coopers. It's a 3 way circus. To state they will charge you a fee if you aren't there to accept delivery when it could be weeks after your stated delivery date is hilarious. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from these to give them a chance to do a better job than last time but nope. Trained to give you the flowery bs on phone. But really they have no clue about the whereabouts of your actual goods. Still haven't received my flooring but have a review email. Great job!”

“Ordered £473.82 of Prestige atlas oak and landed up with Krono vario global oak? Fitter used gold standard underlay. After opening several packs, the fitter said the batch was faulty and that would not click together properly as there was an obvious bow (see photo) in the planks even after 3 days acclimated. Spoke to ADAM at FDF who seemed pleasant at first. He said the would collect and test their end. Took 2 weeks to collect during which I noticed a distinct change in ADAM’s attitude which became bristlier as we kept calling to find out where they were with the problem. Anyhow, he said there was nothing wrong with the floor and would only provide a refund for unopened packs. I wound up losing almost £200, I also had to pay for the return shipping. I have since reordered a similar floor from Leader Floors. They were understanding of my previous problems and offered a first class 100% refundable service if unhappy in any way, open packs included with no additional shipping charges. Be warned these people are charlatans.”
