“Excellent and good prices”

“We bought this flooring and was installed by a professional installer. There were yellow marks on lots of the boards that we didn’t notice as they were going down. The installer had issues getting the planks to stay together. We had to take it up and reinstall and it was still the same problem.the boards didn’t do well when we were taking the floor back up to reinstall. We noticed that some of the boards had defects and were slightly bowed. I Informed the company and sent pictures of the issues and they only thing that she came back with was the underlay was not to their standard . There was no information on their website or on the leaflet that came with the flooring to say what thickness underlay or quality should be used. I would not recommend this flooring due to the problems we had plus customer service when trying to rectify it”

“I only requested a sample this time, which came the next day and is exactly what we want. We will order shortly but the room isn't ready yet!! I have ordered previously from the company and they were so professional and delivered on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Wouldn't recommend I was heavily pregnant and my laminate was dropped on kerb side delivery didn't let you know the delivery untill last the day before, then right in-between all the laminate was the paper work saying to check everything before driver goes away or no refund well how's that's possible if under all your laminate and the laminate chips very easy won't recommend”

Hi Chantelle, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The website does advise that it is a kerbside delivery, and you also have to tick a box to confirm adequate help will be on hand to get the goods inside before you make the payment. As you also pick the required delivery date when you place your order, we would assume you would be aware of the delivery date. You selected the standard delivery for the chosen day and a delivery window of between 08:00 - 18:00 ( standard delivery ) Regarding the notice on the pallet, the idea of this is to prompt you to check for any obvious signs of damage and to let us know ASAP if there is any issue. All laminate products will chip, scratch and dent if adequate care isn't taken to protect them. If you do have any concerns over the planks chipping, please contact our customer service team at info@factory-direct-flooring.co.uk

“Order for Quickstep laminate flooring dealt with efficiently by team, delivery seamless and looks excellent now laid. Only slight fault, while the quadrant and door bar are perfect match to the flooring the pipe surrounds supplied to fit to floor to conceal expansion gap are not so didn't use them but purchased white version locally to match the white gloss pipes.”
