“The flooring was good quality but they messed up our delivery 3 times. To top it off the delivery driver was asked to help me put the flooring in the house as I have 3 kids and my husband was at work because they messed up our delivery day. The driver drove off and left me on a main road with 3 children 6, 4 and a 6 month old baby. If there wasn’t a nice workman passing that helped me I don’t know what I would have done.”

“Absolutely thrilled to bits with the vinyl flooring we bought for our hallway. Everyone who walks in our house comments on how nice it looks . Ordering was simple and delivery was very quick . Really impressed with this company .”

“Overall very disappointed. The website does warn there may be colour discrepancies between roll widths but the difference is clearly evident, not a nuance of shade, rather a completely different colour. I was advised to send back the offending roll and order a larger dimension roll,at my expense. I decided that due to the costs and inconvenience involved,not to and live with a 2tone conservatory room. Customer service, whilst polite, we're not very helpful.”

“Items were dumped outside without my knowledge and no prior notification. Flooring was damaged, email sent to Factory direct with proof (pictures) and was advised I will receive partial refund - no refund received.”

“Ordering was easy, product delivered on time. The colours were different, was informed that the difference in colour was due to the roll widths differing and nothing could de done other than to pay to return the product and order a different width, which may be a match. Very disappointed.”

“Not happy with this service. I needed vinyl flooring plus adhesive and the adhesive was not added in the shopping cart even though I ticked the option to add it. Then has to pay another £25 to have it delivered. The glue also required a special applicator which was not included so we had to put a third order in to have that delivered by another company which wasted a week before we could start laying the floor. In fact we are still waiting for the applicator which has not turned up.”
