“The laminate flooring is good quality but my experience with the courier was awful...the young man sounded alright on the phone but when he phoned again to say he's outside I thought he was actually outside at the front of the house as there were plenty of empty parking spaces. I looked and looked but he was parked a few houses down. When he brought the items over on a pallet I said to him why he didn't park 'here' as he said he's 'outside' so I thought he's out at front. Just common sense to do so with such a heavy delivery. Then he gave me such an attitude like, 'I'm outside... whether it's here or there...no difference ' Then I asked if he could take the pallet back with him. His respond was 'got nothing to do with me'. Very argumentative delivery man. There was no need for this kind of attitude. The bad experience put me off buying from you again. 😒”

“Ordered samples to start which came the next day, then ordered what we decided on from the two. Delivery Query sent by email which was responded to very quickly, and delivery was made on the scheduled day within the allotted time frame. Very, very small indentations on the lino on the outer edge but this will have occurred in transit I expect, as the packaging was damaged in those areas - doesn't cause any problems for us, as we ordered slightly larger than the size required. All in all a very good service and would purchase from here again, and would recommend 👍”
