“Ordering the flooring was a simple enough process, getting it delivered proved trickier. It was meant to have been delivered on Friday 11th, but allegedly there was an issue with the courier so I was told I could either have it delivered on Saturday 12th or Monday 14th, I chose Saturday 12th. The day came and went without my flooring being delivered. So on Monday morning I rang Factory Direct Flooring and told them what had happened and that I chose Saturday as there wouldn't be anyone in on Monday to accept the delivery. The chap on the other end of the phone didn't really seem all that interested but said he would look into it and get back to me, but didn't... Interestingly about 5 minutes after I had spoken to him I received a text message saying my delivery was to be made that day and it was but as there was nobody at home to check it,they just left it on the drive. Thankfully there wasn't any damage. Having paid £35 for delivery I don't think this sort of service is acceptable and based on this experience I would be reluctant to use Factory Direct Flooring again in the future.”

“Had an issue with the flooring delivered. Got 32 packs and of those 8 packs were clearly different. I had 2 independent reviews of the flooring and they both stated the 8 packs must have been wrongly labelled. I sent photos and was advised to take all the boards out and mix them up. They didn’t want to know. I am so disappointed in the company. Do i recommend them in this instance no.”

Thanks for your review. “The ordering and samples sent were good! We arranged a delivery for Monday 17th of July, which i arranged to take time off work to recieve. instead it was delivered on Wednesday 12th with no one there, i had left a mobile contact number but recieved no call. The plastic cover had rips in but fortunately no damage to vinyl carpet and no rain that or the following day as left outside! Layed on the Monday 17th but missing Vinyl and Cushion Floor Anti Plas 15mtr Double Sided Tape but i had to lay it that day! Now i have this questionaire with one of the questions being who made the delivery? This i cannot answer”

“I had no idea what floor would be suitable for my conservatory so I called up and received great advice. They sent me links and help emails to enable me to choose the right product. From ordering right through to delivery, the whole process was efficient, friendly and informative. The flooring was delivered exactly when requested by a friendly courier that u loaded a pallet directly into my garage space. The flooring was exactly what we wanted and was really solid quality according to our carpenter. 10/10 - I will not hesitate to buy from you again.”

“Good quality product delivered in rapid time.One small issue was as this was for my eldely mothers kitchen i dis not get to inspect the product within the 24 hour period.It came to light when being installed one of the boxes was damaged and warped on one corner,luckily we did not need it as my installer did a great job and looks great in my mums new kitchen.”

“I really loved the free samples provided to me. The shipping was fast and amazing. Quality was great, as well as the color I needed. I went to the website directly to order my batch. But the insane high price demanded for shipping for my order discouraged me from buying. Product price was reasonable, but the shipping is just not right.”

“Floor is gorgeous. Love the patterns and thickness. Only reason I gave four star instead of five is that I booked in a time I would collect it. Got there and had to wait nearly 45minutes for it to be cut. Took me nearly an hour to drive there so was really annoying. Other than that, good experience.”

“Arrived on time good quality product.The only downside being one of the boxes contained a corner being warped and damaged.Due to product being for my elderly mothers kitchen i could not inspect within the short 24 hour window.”
