Had an issue with the flooring delivered. Got 32 packs and of those 8 packs were clearly different. I had 2 independent reviews of the flooring and they both stated the 8 packs must have been wrongly labelled. I sent photos and was advised to take all the boards out and mix them up. They didn’t want to know. I am so disappointed in the company. Do i recommend them in this instance no.
