“Having had great artificial baskets from other suppliers in the past but unfortunately lost the company's details. I decided to order 2x hanging baskets from evergreens. Delivery was ok, allowing for the fact the order was over a bank holiday it order arrived within a week. Was very disappointed with the actual products though, we feel that they look to much like plastic especially the trailing ivy. They look no better than what I have seen at the car-boot sale for half the price. From a distance they are acceptable but as these baskets are on our patio area we walk past them & see them within a few feet. If it was not for the fact that it would be to much hassle, I would take them car-boot & sell for £10 to put towards something that looks more realistic. Very Disappointed. David Reynolds”

We do our best to put lots of pictures on our website with close ups of the product to avoid any disappointment when products are delivered put I appreciate it's not always easy to get the full picture of a product when viewing on the screen. “You sent out a Deluxe box ball/shrub to replace a dead one at the front of a property the day before a valuation. It arrived the very next day and looks convincing. Thank you for all your efforts and a great product.”

To our credit and our determent we are not particularly clever on Photoshop so any images we display on our website have not been manipulated in anyway. “Having looked online and read reviews I decided to order yellow pansy hanging basket. The basket arrived quickly, and was extremely well packaged. The basket itself is of excellent quality and the pansies and ivy look very realistic. I am very happy with both the service and product.”
