“Would have been fine, but they stuffed two trees into the one box, causing one to arrive misshapen - disappointing, and presumably just to save themselves a few quid. Will hopefully be able to get the plastic to a decent shape, but wouldn’t expect to have to do this, given the price.”

The two trees in one box deliberately and not to cut costs at your expense, I assure you. Ensuring the trees are tightly packed helps prevent any damage such as lost foliage or broken branches during transit. It's important to mention that we uphold a sustainability policy aimed at reducing excessive packaging whenever feasible. Very much like artificial Christmas trees the foliage on our trees often arrive flat and the foliage needs dressing to ensure it looks as realistic as possible before putting on display. I will link a video below with the easiest way of doing this. I completely agree the trees do not look at is most realistic until the dressing out has been completed. I would encourage you to do this before deciding how you feel about the tree. To help it look bushier we would recommend dressing the foliage out a little more by separating all of the branches and pulling into the position you would like this to display. “Heavy, rigid well-made structure. Foliage is quite dense and varied and looks good from a distance. However, the larger plants droop forward too much and need additional support so that they are more upright and forward-facing. Also, it would have been really helpful if the sheet size required could have been specified so that they could be sent ready-assembled in the right shape, ready to hang as it proved very difficult to reshape. I ordered 10sqm and they arrived as individual 1sqm sheets so the sheets either needed to be joined together by pushing the connector toggles into small rigid holes (which was time-consuming and nail-breakingly difficult) or the sheets needed to be split by forcibly pulling the individual squares apart as there seemed to be no easy way of splitting them (which has resulted in several of the connector toggles being snapped off so cannot be re-attached).”

Good Afternoon Glenys, I am really sorry to hear you are a little disappointed in your troughs. I can see in your image that the foliage is still quite clumped together from the effect of being packaged. I would reccomend you dressing the foliage out (in a simular way you need to with artificial christmas trees). This can make the foliage twice as dense and I hope transform your window boxes. If you would like to discuss this further do not hesitate giving us a call.

“Products are lifelike and as described. Unfortunately they were sent in a padded envelope and were somewhat crushed on arrival. A bit of glue fixed them up but a box would be a better packing method.”

“Initially disappointed, as I had hoped the bamboo plant would have been delivered already planted in larger planter I had selected. This had been pointed out when order placed. Quality of the shrub wasn't as expected, looks best from a distance.”

“Delivery was very quick and the panels look really good, even up close. Only drawback is how small they are, you’d need lots to cover a wall so it’s an expensive choice. I wasn’t happy that I emailed to ask about larger panels and have never heard back.”

“Purchase a large facsimile Kentia palm for the living room. Upon inspection, very impressed with the detail and construction - from anything more than 1m away, very difficult to establish that it's not a living specimen. Trouble was, the spread of the palm was/is virtually non-existent - over a month after taking delivery, the palm still looks like it's just been unwrapped (I'd mistakenly believed that it would 'unfurl' itself over time and once it warmed-up. But no. No spread. So - so near yet so far - nice quality artificial plant but a very determinedly upward-pointing one.”

“The tree came well packaged, a little disappointing to find that some of the branches were a little loose after fitting into the main tree stems. Also where the tops of the branches were cut off, the paint finish to camouflage the cut ends was a little sloppy”
