“The most pleasant experience i have ever had when dealing with suppliers. 5* service!!! Sam has been extremely helpful from the very beginning of my enquiry till the very end. I was guided through every single step of installing the UV plants. Also Sam helped to design window boxes for us which looked absolutely amazing. I am really happy with the service and how helpful the team is. I highly recommend Evergreen Direct to everyone and i will definitely be buying more!”

“This beauty of a plant arrived very quickly; its was packed very well , I am thrilled with my purchase absolutely love it, it’s a structured plant and it will look great in my white pot on my decking , definitely will use evergreen Direct again”

“Delivery was super quick. I ordered two Artificial Bushy Buxus, and they’re the perfect replacement for the dead plants by my front door. I also ordered a couple of other plants that weren’t suitable for what I needed, but the customer service was excellent. The recommended collection service was much easier than I expected, and my refund was processed faster than with many large retailers. I would definitely use this company again.”

“I must write this review to let potential customers see how helpful this company is. I purchased a spiral cedar tree for outdoors, it arrived in good condition and I was delighted with it, my husband set it in concrete in a large pot and then when ready with lights on for Xmas placed it on the patio it looked great. Next morning got up and the wind had picked up a little bit bending the tree and snapping the metal inside, I emailed evergreen with pictures to which Sam contacted me straight away to offer a refund which was done the next day. I was very impressed with the service and very polite staff and would highly recommend this company to future buyers. Thank you again. Satisfied customer Diane”

“We have today taken delivery of our order from Evergreen Direct. Having not received any notification as to when our order would be delivered I arrived home this afternoon to find the items had simply been left on our drive. No attempt had been made to leave them in a place out of view, therefore leaving £231 worth of goods visible to anyone passing. Had we been away at the moment they would still be sat there on our drive. We would expect any good courier to provide advance notice of a delivery so that alternative arrangements can be made in the event that we would not be home. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience with Evergreen Direct as it falls way short of what I would expect.”

Hi Steven. Thank you for your feedback, I really do value you taking the time to share it. I am very sorry for the way your delivery was handled. I have checked the APC tracking portal and the tracking information was sent, so I am sorry that you did not receive it. We send all orders on a next working day service, so it is disappointing to hear that APC did not communicate with you as they should have. I will be passing this on to them straightaway. I completely understand why you felt let down by the delivery experience and I will certainly follow this up on your behalf. I was a little sad that the review did not reflect the parts of the service that went well, such as the speed of dispatch and the quality of the products you received, but I do appreciate that the delivery issue understandably overshadowed things for you. If there is anything at all I can help with now that the items have arrived, please let me know. I am always happy to assist.

“Very impressed with Evergreen Direct and love my boxwood hedge, it fills the gap I wanted it to fill perfectly. I would especially like to thank Sam for her help as I couldn't decide which type of foliage I wanted so she sent me some samples which was very useful. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Just received my second order of flowers and foliage.I have to say they are so outstanding, beautiful, and so realistic. you really can't tell they aren't real. These are the best I've had,it makes it so much easier because I can't do so much now.So I will continue with evergreen from now on.”

“At the end of last summer I bought 4 outdoor artificial box plants. Whilst they looked very realistic three out of the four got wrecked by the rain. The water got through and raised the inner pot exposing the polystyrene, and the stones on the top broke up. I have had to pay for someone to collect them. Very disappointed.”
