“Fabulous products, bought 2 cypress spiral trees with black cubico pots and all are of high quality and look great! We had a product missing originally, due to 3rd party delivery hub, but resolved by Evergreen Direct within 24 hours. We will be ordering bespoke hedging in the spring. Thank you Sam for all your help. 5***** products with 5***** service.”

“This is the 3rd order I've placed for artificial plants. They have a good range to choose from, they're very attractive & make fabulous displays for areas where it's not practical to have living plants. They also deliver very quickly”

“Faultless Faux. After years/ Decades of repeatedly replacing shrubs and trees etc in the garden, I discovered Evergreen Direct and wow what a transformation. Everything is delivered within a few days of ordering. Great selection of products,faultless customer service. Thanks Sam.”

“Great quality, very realistic had no problems so not really needed customers service except when a car ploughed into one of our plants. The pot was needlessto say destroyed but as you can see from the video the plant itself is fine even though it was under the car. Emailed customer service to enquire about purchasing replacement pot Sam was terrific and they are kindly sending an insert with it for us. We also purchased a hedge which we loved.”

“Called yesterday afternoon enquiring about outside trees. Sam was extremely helpful advising me what type of tree for outside and tub. We are not quite ready to put it up yet but had it out box and looks great. Ordered yesterday afternoon and it arrived 9am this morning excellent service and great price. Would recommend yous company to others.”

“Start to finish Evergreen Direct were excellent. From the initial contact asking for help with individual plant selection, through placing the order, to aftersales (when I discovered I had over-ordered and needed to return some plants), Evergreen were outstandingly helpful. “Thank you to the team at Evergreen. I purchased several items including Buxus Shrubs and could not be more pleased with them. I was a little unsure as to how to make the shrubs look right when they arrived but after a phone call to a lovely lady who explained how to 'dress out' the branches they look great. My garden is looking fantastic and I will buy again. I am not able to look after real shrubs properly due to age and these items have bought joy back to the space.”

“Fantastic Service and products I ordered them last Friday for Mother’s Day My mum received her hanging basket today she phoned me five minutes after delivery absolutely thrilled 💕💕she thought they were real 😘😘 she is 86 years young we live 500 miles away and it’s difficult to know what to buy her Thinking what she would like next time”

“The most pleasant experience i have ever had when dealing with suppliers. 5* service!!! Sam has been extremely helpful from the very beginning of my enquiry till the very end. I was guided through every single step of installing the UV plants. Also Sam helped to design window boxes for us which looked absolutely amazing.
