“I would have given five stars but we ordered a special sized hedge and when it was put in position it was obvious it was not as tall as we had asked for. I left a message as it was the weekend and my call was promptly answered on the Monday . There was absolutely no quibble about replacing the hedge and the brilliant thing was it was ready the next day and we could keep the shorter hedge as well. What fantastic cusustomer service!”

“Absolutely amazing even though costly and with a few climbers up the panels it blends in excellent. highly recommend people who have ivy on walls to eliminate the hardwork of keeping it tidy especially when getting OLDER. A little dissappointed after spending £900 I had to pay a £10 delivery cost because I just needed alittle more, however i thought it would be good will but not to be. Still recomnend but make sure you don't run out like us.”

“We ordered the Real touch Bamboo tree, the flat leaf mango tree and the contorted French Ficus tree all planted in the charcoal cubico planters. They look great! I had expected the flat leaf mango to be taller and a little fuller than it was in reality but it still looks good in situ. My favourite is the Ficus tree which looks really impressive. Word of warning, when you receive the top stones/glue mix with your order (if you ordered a ready planted tree) don't fill it up to the top of the planter!! I made this mistake on the first one as there were no instructions with the stones package! however the next delivery had instructions on the front when it arrived saying don't fill it up to the top!! it definitely looks much better if it's not filled to the top!! Really pleased with the purchases and would definitely recommend them! in addition whenever I had a query Jenny was great at getting back to me quickly, answering my questions and sorting out delivery issues. I will be ordering again in the future i'm sure!”
