I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the Cyclamen plant you ordered from us. Plants are similar to clothing due to them being made of a silk material, when packaged they do crease a little and need time to hang for the plant to resume to their natural shape (this usually takes a few days) this really transforms the plant. We do have lots of close up images of the Cyclamen plant on our website but I understand that is is not always easy to appreciate exactly what a product is like when viewing on a screen. If you would like to return the Cyclamen plant back we will immediately credit the card you made payment on. Kind Regards, Evergreen
