“No communication regarding delivery details despite my phone calls and emails (phone not answered). I paid to have the large palm pre-prepared in a large pot. I only has 12 hours notice from the delivery company with no option to change delivery. Palm arrived on its side. All the decorative stones were out of the pot, in the cardboard, in lots of clumps of sticky mess. Very disappointing. I never received one reply from this company.”

I am so very sorry to hear APC have provided such substandard service here. It's infuriating, as in this instance we are both a customers of APC, and they have let you down as the end user and us down as a business. Their lack of care does not deliver the good customer experience we work hard to uphold or reflect well on us as a company. I will be feedback both of our disappointment in this.

“Really upset with this cyclamen, i bought what i thought was a cyclamen in a pot to find on delivery it wasn't, now i have to source plantpots and soil to make them stand up, if i had read it i wouldn't have bought them, kind of misleading in the advert as it is a potted one there.”

I am so sorry to hear how disappointed you are in your cyclamen plants. We do specify in the description on our website that these are supplied on a 'spike (stem)' as opposed to being supplied in a pot. You can return these to us for a full refund if required, alternatively, give us a call (01751417776) and we can sort you out with some pots and potting materials. Kind Regards, Evergreen

“Delivery was late by 3 weeks Green wall is very thin especially around the edges so I contacted them several times via email and phone. Eventually I got a few bits which did not fill in the areas and some which did not colour match the green wall.”

“Service was excellent but the plant was very disappointing. It looked like a poor quality artificial plant just a mass of leaves fastened together and not realistic at all. We cut out half of the leaves to give it a more natural shape and look and it now looks a lot better, but it could have been half the price.”

“I ordered 2x artificial deluxe hanging baskets and within days of them being hung up I had come home from work to find a large section of one of them lying in my driveway. I tried to contact customer service via the website and as of yet no one has got back to me. Disappointed considering the price of these.”

“Individual plants I ordered were poor in as much as very expensive for very small flower. Hanging baskets looked a little better though again expensive for quantity received. In all cases the plants look very plastic and false... I must say, I have bought better.”

“The parcel containing a plastic box-ball arrived damaged and there was no packing inside to protect the contents. I e-mailed with photos, did not receive a reply, so after 24 hours I phoned. My first phone call - to 'Sales' by putting in '1' just - rang out, no reply. Rang again, dialled '3' got accounts. They denied receiving an e-mail; then it was located. Someone would call me back. The MD (no less) called back within the hour. I told him 3 times that stems on the box ball were broekn. I was ignored. I was told it was common to have crushed stems. I should get a hair dryier and ruffle over the stems. He was sure that would solve the problem. If not I could send it back, but there would be a lot of hassle. You can say that agin......”

“Disappointed. Packing of 2 hanging baskets was terrible. One basket was just plonked directly on top of other one with no protection at all so you can imagine what state the bottom one was in. Should have sent them back.”

“Hi Order arrived a day late to what they said I asked about purchasing some tying wire they said don't worry we will put some in free of charge when it arrived none in so job ended up costing me money having to go chasing wire I was happy to pay for in first place o and parcel tracker wasn't worth the email as it didn't tell me anything at all Thanks for not a lot Alan”

“Arrived in a box not tall enough to take plant,which was screwed up,bent over and forced in.Consequently this resulted in the tips of the leaves being crumpled looking as though they are wilting.Tried to straighten branches but could not get it to look like the illustration.Very poor and too expensive to return.”
