“Bought an English ivy plant to go on a new trellis behind a planter.I have woven it through behind a real plant in the planter and it looks good . No one has realised it is not real,yet. As the trellis is hard to reach,it will be better than my previous real climber ,which grew out of control in the summer and was a chore to prune.”

“I expected to receive plants set in pots. What I got were bare stalks and a large bag of cement into which the stalks had to be "planted". What a dirty mess. I would not recommend Evergreen.”

Hi Mark, You ordered 3 plants from us- the potted Orchid which comes as standard in a little black pot, you ordered a grass plant to be potted in a small planter which we did, and lastly you ordered a Croton plant which you requested without a pot. On the website it does state that if a pot is not selected this arrives with a stem which enables you to anchor the plant into the ground or the planter of your choice. What you have referred to as concrete was actually a bag of complementary bonded stones to put onto of you of the grass plant we potted for you. Instructions were emailed and also enclosed in you package with how you apply the stones. I am sorry there had been a breakdown in communication here and that this wasn't clear to you when you received your goods. We are always happy to accept the return of the plants for a full refund if you are not totally satisfied with your order. Kind Regards, Georgina

“We visited evergreen, and have to say it is not an easy place to get to. Nevertheless when we arrived the people were very friendly and helpful; we bought two artificial palms and were very pleased with the quality and looks of both. The price was reasonable and as expected for this high quality. Both have potted up beautifully and have added a touch of class to our conservatory and landing. Many thanks and I am sure we will return the next time we are looking for artificial plants.”

“WAS A BIT WARY AS TO HOW PLANTS WOULD LOOK BUT WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED WHEN THEY ARRIVED ONE BOX WAS A BIT BASHED AND TORN BUT WHEN OPENED WAS OKAY AS I HAD OPTED FOR PLANTED SERVICE YOU WERE ISSUED WITH PEBBLE GRIT DID NOT KNOW IF YOU WERE TO REMOVE CARDBOARD AROUND BASE OF PLANT OR LEAVE ON AS NO INSTRUCTIONS I OPTED TO LEAVE IN PLACE AND FILLED IN WITH PEBBLE MIXTURE WHICH HARDENED UP ALL LOOKS GREAT THINKING OF GETTING MORE WILL SEE HOW THEY FAIR IN FROST AND SNOW AS WELL AS SUN”

“I ordered a Holland Ivy, which was lovely, unfortunately I had to return it as it was far to large for my requirements. Returning it was no problem and I was given a full refund extremely quickly. I would have no qualms re-ordering in the future but would check the size more thoroughly next time.”

“An excellent service on the phone. The lady whom I spoke to understood exactly what I wanted and gave me good advice. Delivery was quick (though more expensive than I am used to). The quality of the artificial plants seems good, and they are attractive. I am slightly disappointed by the shiny finish of the plastic, which detracts somewhat from the natural look of the plants, but as they are for outdoors I understand they cannot be as realistic as the indoor type made from fabric.”
