“Having used Evergreen direct now for a number of years I have always found there products to be of good quality and there staff knowledgeable and are able to send out items very quickly which has got my company out of trouble on a few occasions! “Ordered 3 bespoke hedges,very pleased with them. They arrived on a pallet by courier and I was able to check them all on delivery (a very amiable courier driver!) and they were all perfect. Throughout the process i had excellent service from my initial contact to discuss what I wanted, I was phoned when they were due to be dispatched and they arrived earlier that anticipated. Only down side was unable to follow delivery process with courier so just hoped they would arrive the next day after they were dispatched. Decided to buy a fourth hedge - process again excellent, but hedge arrived in a very large cardboard box with excess space for it to move around in. There was no packing and minimal markings on the box showing which way up it should be. Hence the hedge arrived by delivery upside down and on its side. This has resulted in the hedge being compressed in places especially on the top. Also when I opened the box the hedge was wet! I phoned Evergreen explained the situation and was told the hedge may spring back - it still has some indentations but I decided to keep it. As to how the hedge was wet, that is still a mystery!! Overall hedge looks good and have had comments on how real it looks.”

“After finally giving up on dying plants, I decided to go for an artificial alternative. I looked on a few websites, but bought from Evergreen as their range was wider and reasonably priced. Delivery was also really quick with my order arriving the next day. Now that the plants are in-situ we've had many compliments! Thank you Evergreen, have already recommended you to others!”

“I ordered a beech tree and am absolutely delighted with it. The workmanship and colours are wonderful. Customer service is excellent. This is the second item I have ordered from Evergreen and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“I always feel a little anxious when ordering on line but any fears were allayed when I found it extremely straightforward to speak to a real person to confirm something. The topiary balls arrived in perfect condition and now sit in a pair of old urns, looking amazingly authentic . I will have no fears ordering in the future.”

“Pleased with the bushes although they had moved around in the boxes and one had come off its base and had lost some leaves. I managed to put it back together and filled the gaps with the leaves that had come out. They look pretty realistic though and I'm pleased with the overall look.”
