“Appear to be a good quality product and hopefully UV resistant as stated. However, I bought two baskets at the same time, they turned up in one box with the bottom one flattened by the top one. Secondly, the hanging chains were underneath the baskets. I had to spend 15 minutes threading ivy and flowers through the chains to get them to the top pulling off several flowers on one basket in particular and then having to spend even more time searching for the stem off which they came. They look lovely, but the experience was not quite out of the box as stated and those with perhaps weaker eyesight or dexterity may struggle, just for the sake of putting the chains in the correct position in the first place.”

“I recently bought a range of outdoor plants for two troughs at the front of the house. When the plants arrived they were well packaged but were in a flat state so they looked a little disappointing. However once we placed them in the troughs, spread the leaves out and placed some pea gravel round the tops they look great and have received admiring comments from the neighbours. The only small criticism I have is that the stalks on the plants are a little too short. Nevertheless I would certainly recommend Evergreen Direct for good service and excellent products.”

“Easy ordering process, very fast delivery. Can't say the plants are particularly realistic or convincing, but the price was right. Would be useful to have some guidance on the website as to the relative quality of the plants and trees, as the prices vary widely and I can only assume this reflects a difference in quality.”
