“This was my first visit to Evergreen website and I was not disappointed by the selection of plants and shrubs.I chose a hanging basket with purple pansies and plenty of green foliage. I was not sure what to expect but when my order arrived (Very well wrapped in a strong large cardboard box!) I was stunned by how beautiful in reality this hanging basket was! I have never seen artificial plants look this real and this good! I therefore can say I will return for more in some months time! Well done Evergreen! Five stars to you!”

“The product was delivered promptly and packaged well. There is quite a bit of bare trunk showing through the branches but with careful arrangement of the foliage the trees look good by my front door.”

“Ordered 3 bespoke hedges,very pleased with them. They arrived on a pallet by courier and I was able to check them all on delivery (a very amiable courier driver!) and they were all perfect. Throughout the process i had excellent service from my initial contact to discuss what I wanted, I was phoned when they were due to be dispatched and they arrived earlier that anticipated. Only down side was unable to follow delivery process with courier so just hoped they would arrive the next day after they were dispatched. Decided to buy a fourth hedge - process again excellent, but hedge arrived in a very large cardboard box with excess space for it to move around in. There was no packing and minimal markings on the box showing which way up it should be. Hence the hedge arrived by delivery upside down and on its side. This has resulted in the hedge being compressed in places especially on the top. Also when I opened the box the hedge was wet! I phoned Evergreen explained the situation and was told the hedge may spring back - it still has some indentations but I decided to keep it. As to how the hedge was wet, that is still a mystery!! Overall hedge looks good and have had comments on how real it looks.”

“After finally giving up on dying plants, I decided to go for an artificial alternative. I looked on a few websites, but bought from Evergreen as their range was wider and reasonably priced. Delivery was also really quick with my order arriving the next day. Now that the plants are in-situ we've had many compliments! Thank you Evergreen, have already recommended you to others!”
