“Bought outdoor 6 foot fake bamboo tree as wanted the UV protection in a very bright sunny room. Very pleased with this, I had wanted one 5ft tall so was able to easily trim it down, looks great. Will see how colour fast it is in time, but very lovely right now and very real looking. Also bought fake geranium plants, also very nice. Good colour and look lovely in the pot. Only slight issue was the very small flowers seem to come detached easily, simple to clip back on but could be slightly better. Other than that absolutely delighted. Delivery was very prompt, even early! Would definitely shop here again.”

“After many years of trying and often failing to keep hanging baskets alive I decided to give up and look for artificial. Lots of artificial out there but many looked too fake. Then I came across Evergreen Trees & Shrubs via a google search. The baskets here looked to be good value for money - especially compared to what I was spending on live plants in a typical year - and also very full and realistic looking. The basket I ordered was delivered very swiftly and looks even better than it does in the picture on the website. It looks realistic even at close range and the quality is great so I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“Overall we found ordering easy and when we called to find out what happens next as it was our first time dealing with your company, the person we spoke to was very helpful and as there was a delay on the larger trees offered to split the order up so the smaller items arrived earlier. We are very happy with the quality and look of the trees, they look great as part of our displays. Thank you!”

“I ordered a Podocarpus and a green maple tree. The trunks of both are good, the leaves of the maple are just about passable although a bit too shiny but the podocarpus leaves look completely fake. I wouldn't recommend either. I was not given any delivery options but rather the trees were delivered as they became available which was in fact inconvenient for me.”

“I ordered four artificial boxwood balls. They arrived quickly but they had been badly crushed in transit. ETS quickly arranged for the delivery of replacements and the collection of the damaged ones. The quality/value of the items is excellent. Had it not been for the initial damaged delivery I would have rated ETS as "Excellent"”

“It is the first time I have shopped here and I am very happy 100% with this company. I sent a few queries via email before placing my order for some artificial hedging. The response from my email were quick and very helpful. My order arrived safely and it was nice to know I had a choice in my how I would like it delivered to me. My product I am happy with and should I require anymore, I won't hesitate to re-order. I totally recommend this company.”

“I ordered an artificial Kentia palm for the conservatory, having read it was realistic and also spoke to Evergreen on the phone who assured me it was realistic. It did arrive very quickly but on opening the stem was obviously horrible cheap plastic and the whole thing looked like a cheap fake. I was very disappointed and had to return it - the postage in all cost me £23 - a big mistake - and I am still waiting for a refund.”

I am sorry that you did not like your Kentia palm tree. To our credit and our determent we are not clever on Photoshop or anything like that so all the images that are on our website are a true likeness of the product and we also have the feature to zoom in to get a close up of the foliage. I can understand however that for products like planting it is difficult appreciate all elements of the plant when viewing on a screen. The Kentia Palm tree is one of our most popular trees and loved by many of our customers but of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I am sorry this tree wasn't to your taste. All refunds are processed the day the item is returned and you should see the funds back in your account within 24 hours. In regards to the delivery cost this will also be refunded to you.
