“Received my artificial palm tree from a very friendly delivery driver. Tree is amazing!! Great quality and very realistic! Looks great in my new orangery, will be buying another soon for the garden! Highly recommended!! Thanks”

“When looking for artificial plants ,look no further than here.All the products were as described and at first glance you would not no the difference as a landscape gardener I would only go for real plants but in certain areas where real plants won't survive theses plants are ideal.Delivery was good and I think price is good you could get cheaper but wouldn't get the quality that theses plants deliver many thanks for order more than happy Steve williams”

“Top Quality.. would and have recommended to friends and family. It looks so real , we have it at the front of our house and had lots of positive comments from neighbours. Pre glued stones were easy to apply and really finish it off 👍”

“I ordered white cyclamen plants for my windowsills. When they arrived they were white with purple at the centres of each bloom. This was a surprising bonus as they are lovely and widely admired. Fastest delivery I have known and quality products. Thank you.”

“The plant came very bunched up and the leaves of the flowers are folded together and do not fall correctly, so it doesn't look like a real plant at all. the flowers are also very shiny, so I don't think it would ever pass as a real plant!! I am sending back.”

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the Cyclamen plant you ordered from us. Plants are similar to clothing due to them being made of a silk material, when packaged they do crease a little and need time to hang for the plant to resume to their natural shape (this usually takes a day or two). We do have lots of close up images of the Cyclamen plant on our website but I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and therefore as soon as we receive the Cyclamen plant back we will immediately credit the card you made payment on. “More than pleased with my order.The outdoor plants are very good value and realistic with lovely colours the ferns especially. I wanted them for round our swimming pool as I did not want to be watering plants daily. The staff are great and were very helpful with delivery to France , the plants arrived within a week .”
