“First tree ordered to see if I liked it. Was quickly delivered in a well packaged box. It lost a hand full of leaves in transit but the overall look and quality was good. Will probably order some more.”

“The trees and shrubs are of exellent quality, they look good in the garden, seem to not mind rain or wind, and blend in well with the real shrubs. If you are going to the evergreen tree and shrub office to buy, its a bit disappointing, there is no display set up of the products they sell, not able to stand back and view what you wish to buy, the staff were very helpful but I would have preferred to have seen all that is on their website.”

“We tried one metre of Artificial Boxus Hedge to screen our garden equipment; it arrived quickly and and worked very well. We realised the same might also distract from a rather dominant neighbours fence; we wheeled it over and tried it; perfect with climbers to go between panels, so we have ordered four more. We knew Evergreen products work well because we had them delivered in France a few years back. Great service.”

“Very quick delivery , well packed, the `plants ` were in perfect condition when unpacked . The box balls we bought are very realistic the best we have seen and replaced some far inferior ones . Would definitely recommend .”

“Really quick delivery and the ferns look amazing! Cant wait to get them outside on the patio. I purchased because I fancied a change to the other plants I have already from Evergreen. These have been outside in all weathers and still look as good as they did when I bought them 3 years ago!”

“I ordered four plants. They arrived in a box with only one of them packed separately. The other three were all over the place and a lot of the actual leaves were all crunched up and some leaves had broken off completely (as opposed to dropped off and need clicking back on). I have sorted out most and they are usable, but the trailing ivy looks very artificial so I wont use that one. I would not order again.”

Thank you for taking the time out to review our service, we do take on board all your comments to improve upon our future service. We do try to package as many plants together in one box as we are aware that excessive packaging has such a detrimental impact on our Carbon footprint. In addition to this we do try to keep delivery charges to a minimum and the more packaging and boxes required the higher the P&P costs which we do not want to pass on to you as our customer. Due to the leaves of artificial plants being made of a fine fabric they have very similar properties to clothing when packaged, it is almost impossible to transport them without a few creases but it is easily rectified. Once the plants have been un packaged and dressed out after a day or two any creases will fall out and the artificial plant will become a lot more life like. With the trailing ivy I would suggest hanging this to rectify any creases, Our trailing ivy is one of our most loved products so I am confident that after you have done this you will feel a little more impressed by this product. In terms of the leaves falling off this is not something that I would expect so if you would like some additional leaves sending I am more than happy to arrange this for you (they will just slot back on) Kind Regards, Evergreen

Hi Lesley, Thank you for taking the time to send through feedback to us. Measurements are a little subjective when it comes to planting as it does depend how you dress the foliage out. We do however endeavor to be very specific when it comes to product dimensions and on all products within the description we give a L x W x H details. If for any reason the products are too small then do not hesitate to send them back and we can either refund you or exchange for some larger plants. Kind Regards, Evergreen

“Bought both the Deluxe Medium Kenzian Palm and the Real Youch Bamboo Tree. Both arrived very promptly and well packed. Very soon I had them arranged to my liking and was surprised at how robust the branches were as I pulled and twisted to avoid any gaps. I told a green fingered friend I had 'gone plastic' and was met with the horrified response I expected. She called today for coffee and made no comment so I had to ask what she thought about my plants. She had to eat her words and reluctantly admitted that she didn't realise they were artificial! Very impressed with the efficiency of Evergreen and consider my plants a worthwhile investment as I have no luck with the real ones.”
