I hope that the service is good if I do breakdown and they help me unlike the AA

Hi Linsey, Generally speaking we get brilliant feedback, our team are in house 24/7 and we work very hard to ensure the best levels of service. I think any company if they said they were perfect are telling fibs however we continually monitor issues to ensure we are better than our competitors. WEB SITE GOOD AND EASY TO NAVIGATE HAVE ONLY JUST BOUGHT THE POLICY SO HAVE NOT HAD REASON TO USE IT AND HOPE I DON'T

First time I have used 2gether insurance and found them very good and competitive on motor breakdown cover. will certainly give them a call on motor / house insurances when due BS Rugby

Just recently purchased breakdown cover...haven't used it yet, thank god. Easy to follow steps on website and easy to purchase.Also seems to be right price in a very costly market......will review if I ever need the service but feel comforted that I have it......cheers

Set up breakdown cover on the Sunday and never heard anything from them until a email to write a review on the Wednesday on review. Co.uk

These are automatically emailed to you at the point of purchase, but due to overly aggressive spam/junk filters, can end up in the according folders. Quick and easy to buy at a good price

The young lady who we spoke to on the telephone was very helpful and understood that we wished to use a professional company and at the best rate possible, she explained the policy covering two vehicles before proceeding to payment. It took a little time to download all documentation but it is worth it in the end as the rate was much more competitive than the other more well known breakdown service companies.

Three comments: I found you from Gocompare. This said that Homestart was included for £26 but when I got to your site I had to pay extra for Homestart. I don't think the documentation states the length of coverage. Presumably 1 year? I am not sure how secure the payment system was.

Hi Marilyn, Thank-Your for your feedback , I have located your file and can see that you in fact have paid a premium of £34.10 and secured our full UK motor breakdown cover which includes home start. The policy description both on our direct website and comparison engines are very clear as they have to be for compliance. I can confirm that our websites and payment gateways are all fully secure and are held on a Https secure server. I would be happy to hear more and of course a revised review would be most appreciated. 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

I have been impressed with the way my application was conducted. It was efficient and effective. I have not used the service yet and hope not to be used - if possible. But I trust that if and when I need to be helped - it will prompt and equally impressive.

Very easy to purchase on line, the cost was very competitive giving us a good amount of cover. The proof how good the policy is will come if we make a claim. So far excellent. Thank you.

I was having problems completeing application on line so rang in. Assistant was very helpful and even managed to get the online quote sorted over the phone. Excellent price for multivariate cover, definitely recommend.

I took out my policy on the 8th of Jan, on the 9th of Jan i had a break down where my drive shaft snapped, clearly I was unaware this was going to happen but because my policy was less than 48 hours live I was not covered dispite me being charged from the 8th of Jan. You get what you pay for in this world, cheap doesnt mean best, unfortuantly.

Mr Edwards, Thank you for your comments. Our policy wording and quotation engine make it perfectly clear that there is a 48 hour inception period before you are able to call upon our service. It even goes to the point of ensuring a declaration is read to this effect and acknowledged prior to you obtaining a quote in the initial instance. Regards The 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

Hi Mr Edwards, We haven't had a revised review which is a little disappointing, our cover clearly states a 48 hour inception period and this is quite common within the motor breakdown market. We do feel it is unfair to provide a negative review on something that is clearly stated prior to your purchase, we would appreciate your comments. 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team.
