“New customer hoping to receive a high standard of customer service from 2gether. Its bias to ask a cklient for breakdown rating if its not being used and it refuses to submit the review, if it's not rated.”

Thank you for your comments. Whilst we appreciate you may have just bought the policy, we actively collect review data from client's across the policy spectrum, including those who have used the service. The point of a review platform is to rate the product/service, so unfortunately your comments are unable to be posted unless you do so accordingly, and fulfill the purpose as such. “I am a little at a loss as to knowing quite what cover I have. Obviously the price is tip top, but given the options of what will happen (should I have a breakdown). Looking at the options listed can I take it that my car will be taken to the nearest garage(used by yourselves) or will I have the chance of a return to my home address or my local garage....I feel this is not clear.”

“This is the first time I have come across 2gether Motor Breakdown. I thought I was getting a good deal with my current Breakdown provider, but on asking for a quote from 2gether I was totally amazed that the same cover I have with my present Breakdown company, is much cheaper with together. An offer I couldn't turn down. Hence, 2gether are now my preferred Breakdown provider. Of course I haven't yet had a breakdown so can't comment on the response time or quality of service, but for the price and cover included, it's a must have. At this point, I am a very happy person.”

“my battery was flat&i was told it would be 100£ to stat my car so I had my garage friend come & start it in 2mins please reply”

Mr Bird, Thank you for your comments. Looking into this I can see the reason for your flat battery was due to you leaving your lights on. As noted to you on the telephone, and outlined within our policy wording, this is a specific exclusion and no cover is in force should this occur. We are, however, able to attend on a paid basis at a cost in addition to that of any premium paid. I hope this addresses your query. Regards The 2gether Motor Breakdown Team

“Compared to other quotes, this has certainly been more realistic and is as I would have expected. I don't anticipate any problems, but if the breakdown service is as good as what I have already had in setting this up, I will be happy. Thank you.”
