Mr Hussain, Thank you for your comments. In our experience 6 call outs per annum is more than adequate and would perhaps suggest a vehicle which has more than 6 breakdowns in a 12 month period has more terminal issues. “Paid for a breakdown policy without being able to read the small print as it wasn't available. Found the vehicles aren't listed on the policy documents when sent. Emailed to try and have it corrected but no reply, then noticed the recovery is only within 10 miles of home rather than 25 as listed previously. The cancellation fee happens to be for the same amount as I paid for the premium, but still waiting for a response several days later. Will be reporting to the Financial Ombudsman as this breaches several guidelines.”
