Ms Pearce, Thank you for your feedback. You should have received an email confirming the policy details and policy wording within an hour or so of making your purchase. Have you checked your junk or spam folders to ensure it was not directed there in error. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown

“setting up the policy was easy and quick. The price is brilliant too. Haven't had to use the service yet so can't comment but have no reason to doubt them. Has brought peace of mind as the car I covered is 9 years old”

“I found the details on a comparison web-site and from there it was a quick and painless process to obtain a quote and then I was offered 50% discount so I signed up almost straight away. I haven't had to use the breakdown service yet and of course I hope that I don't have to so I can't comment on the practical side but the admin and application was easy.”

“Set up was easy. I'm a new customer so cannot comment on the actual breakdown recovery services however I did test the help line and it was answered in 20 seconds. That was a good response and why I gave a good rating”

“I have taken out a policy on Wednesday and my car genuinely breaks down on a Thursday. A 2 day delay for start up causes a great deal of inconvenience to genuine customers. There should be a clause for genuine breakdowns in this initial period! Not happy, but we will see how the first call out goes.”
