“I found the details on a comparison web-site and from there it was a quick and painless process to obtain a quote and then I was offered 50% discount so I signed up almost straight away. I haven't had to use the breakdown service yet and of course I hope that I don't have to so I can't comment on the practical side but the admin and application was easy.”

“I have taken out a policy on Wednesday and my car genuinely breaks down on a Thursday. A 2 day delay for start up causes a great deal of inconvenience to genuine customers. There should be a clause for genuine breakdowns in this initial period! Not happy, but we will see how the first call out goes.”
