“I have just renewed my breakdown cover online and did not recieve an email or documents or anything , I had to ring up to ask for them to be sent to me via email . If I hadn't have phoned would I have got the documents at all ?”

“I think the price for the year is pretty damn good. I have only had to call out once in the past year as I had a flat tyre. They arrived within the hour and changed my tyre ....very good”

“Unfortunately it took a 5 hour wait for the recovery vehicle to arrive. There was no phone calls from yourselves letting me know there was a problem. I had to keep ringing you but was told different reasons on each occasion. Once the car was collected everything went smoothly. This is my first and only call on your services to date.”
