“It was extremely easy to organise, telephone call answered immediately even though it was a Sunday. The young engineer was efficient, clean and just got on with the job in hand plus advising me on what I should do next. I was very impressed and will definitely tell others about the good service.”

“The operator was very calm, polite and informative regarding the process and rescue arrival time. The attending rescue operator was friendly, efficient, and obviously experienced. It was also extremely pleasant to receive a phone call from the operations centre to check that I had made it to my destination safely. Thank you.”

“They have been helpful on the phone at a time that can be stressful! (As a woman on her own travelling). The companies they send out have all been helpful and professional, AND managed to sort my old car out even if it is taking it to my local garage! I have only called them when close to home, so I’m hoping the service will be just as good when on a longer journey!”
