“This is my second year with Emergency Assist, thankfully I've not had reason to require their services yet, so I'm unable to comment on response times etc. Their renewal quote was more expensive than i anticipated but still reasonable in comparison to other 'big name' breakdown companies”

“When I rang my call was taken by an extremely kind & considerate young man. The breakdown truck came well within the time given and the driver was very courteous and polite and I was taken home within 10 minutes of him arriving. Well done Emergency Assist.”

“I have used together the insurance company emergency assist uses it is very good my car broke down outside my house a mechanic was with me in 1/2 hour I luckily havnt used emergency assist hope I don't everything was easy setting up my breakdown insurance so thankyou for a great price a lot better than all the major companies”

“The renewal should have been nice and simple, but instead I ended up with two policies and was charged twice. However, the refund was issued promptly, so I am relatively happy with the service.”

“For the second time I have spent over 26 minutes teying to ring with a salea enquiry and I am not able to speak ro someone which is my preferance. I cannot resolve my quiry on your website hence the calls”

“I tried to contact you last week 4days in a row to sign up again.but all l got was put on hold for 10-15mins.at one stage l was on answer machine then started ringing and went back to answering machine.I would hate to think if I was in a real Emergency.”

“I have just renewed my breakdown cover online and did not recieve an email or documents or anything , I had to ring up to ask for them to be sent to me via email . If I hadn't have phoned would I have got the documents at all ?”
