“I think the price for the year is pretty damn good. I have only had to call out once in the past year as I had a flat tyre. They arrived within the hour and changed my tyre ....very good”

“Unfortunately it took a 5 hour wait for the recovery vehicle to arrive. There was no phone calls from yourselves letting me know there was a problem. I had to keep ringing you but was told different reasons on each occasion. Once the car was collected everything went smoothly. This is my first and only call on your services to date.”

“The administration staff were efficient and friendly however the mechanic could speak very little English. . Normally, the mechanics are lovely but he was abrupt and in a rush. To be fair that could have been the work load he was given.”

“I was placed in a queue and it took over 50 minutes for my call to be answered despite this not being a busy period. The call handler kept telling me that there was background noise, obviously I was at the side of the road which is where a lot of cars breakdown in my experience. Call handler found it difficult to locate me even with me giving the junction number. When breakdown assistance arrived nearly 2 hours after call was initially made the mechanic was effective.”
