“I wasn't pleased when I accidentally mis-fueled to find out that i wasnt covered, however when my clutch hydrauldic release failed in December 2017, the response was excellent and faster than i would have hoped for.”

“The guy who dealt with my call was clear, friendly and helpful. He was honest about hoe long it would take and kept me informed. The guy who came out found the problem quickly and offered to repair my tyre for a small fee or take me to a garage. I chose the former znd was back on the road 20 minutes later.”

“The value for money appears excellent. My only negative comments would be the frustrations when trying to locate and then navigate the website, particularly when eventually able to log in. I couldn't find the details of my add-ons etc, and had to phone direct. All that said, I am happy.”

“It came to my renewal and the price went up but I rang you to say I could get it cheaper but wanted to stay with you and you bought the price within about £ 2 pounds so I took it out for another year .”
