Dealt with breakdown quickly. Although didn't try to repair just recovered us home with a car that wasn't fixed over a bank holiday 😩

I can not comment on how helpful in a breakdown, as thankfully I have never had to use. This is my second year with them, they are not the cheapest or not the most expensive, but if you read your policy before purchasing else where they offer a wider coverage for value for money and very easy to use online. I have changed my address mid term and that was very easy. Obviously the proof of a good breakdown company is the service they provide, I hope not to ever use, but it gives peace of mind that we have it. I would recommend.

Not entirely happy as, the day after I bought this I was sent an email from another company offering the same cover from 2gether at half the price I paid, when I asked about cancelling I was told I would have to pay £10 even though I was in the 14 day cooling off period. Very poor customer service.

Having just purchased breakdown cover from 2Gether, and not had a breakdown yet, its impossible to comment on the service provided. When and if we do have a breakdown, you can be sure we will provide comments then.

They eventually got someone to come out and pick up the car (hence why I gave an acceptable mark). However, I wouldn't recommend breaking down on a weekend because they were completely unhelpful and I had to wait until the Monday to get them to arrange someone to come out. I had managed to reach my destination on the Saturday morning and my clutch had gone. They asked me to tell them which garage I wanted to get my car towed to although I had told them that I was 300 miles from home and didn't know the area. They then said that there wasn't much that they could do because there wasn't likely to be any garages open on a Saturday afternoon!! I gave up and called them back on the Monday to tow my car to a garage.

First time I've had breakdown cover from you so got no opinion as of yet . I used to be with quickfit breakdown till I got my renewal price ad doubled so changed to yourself touch wood I've never used a breakdown service so far so I cannot comment on how good you are . Thanks john butler

Friendly staff on the phone, helpful as I didn't have my account information but they were able to work with what I knew. Was left on hold for some time though, and the automated message that plays before you're connected is extremely long. The actual recovery time to my vehicle was very long, about 1 hour 30 minutes, though I do appreciate that at commuting time this can be expected. The service I received from the recovery company was fine in terms of quality, though the driver was quite rude, sexist and at times didn't behave professionally.

The service was great. The mechanic very polite and helpful. The only reason I give the service only 3 stars is that I was told I would have to wait one hour, however it took nearly two hours before help arrived.
