Friendly staff on the phone, helpful as I didn't have my account information but they were able to work with what I knew. Was left on hold for some time though, and the automated message that plays before you're connected is extremely long.
The actual recovery time to my vehicle was very long, about 1 hour 30 minutes, though I do appreciate that at commuting time this can be expected. The service I received from the recovery company was fine in terms of quality, though the driver was quite rude, sexist and at times didn't behave professionally.
