I can not comment on how helpful in a breakdown, as thankfully I have never had to use.
This is my second year with them, they are not the cheapest or not the most expensive, but if you read your policy before purchasing else where they offer a wider coverage for value for money and very easy to use online.
I have changed my address mid term and that was very easy.
Obviously the proof of a good breakdown company is the service they provide, I hope not to ever use, but it gives peace of mind that we have it.
I would recommend.
