The driver that arrived was great, couldn't fault him. But the service delivered by 2Gether Motor was poor, rang them at 1:45pm, the recovery driver said they didn't ring him till an hour later and took him 30mins to arrive.

HI James, Thank you for your comments. With respect to your recovery this was outsourced to a third party, so any delay in instructing the recovery driver is down to them, and not ourselves. We have taken this on board and will investigate as to why there was a delay. Regards 2Gether Motor Breakdown Team

I got the quote on 2 comparison sites but in both cases the 2Gether web site came up with an error. As the quote was the best I tried and got through on the phone the second time. The link they then give you for your documents does show anything when you look?? So I guess I will have to wait and see how they perform if I make a claim.

Getting signed up and getting the documents through was simple and efficient; however, I tried the breakdown number (I wanted to test it to see if it worked). The man I spoke to was surly and quite rude, I very nearly cancelled.

My wife's car broke down on 18/7/2016. Service was satisfactory. Recovery vehicle driver had difficulty locating the broken down car and driver. Dr Perumal

rang at 15.12, breakdown arrived at 17.03, so almost the 90mins I was advised.... explained to breakdown guy the problems id been having, he tried to start the car, asked the relevant questions, like have you any fuel & had I put right fuel in (would he ask a guy that)? the car started by more luck that judgement ( I had explained that It was an intermittent problem) he thought it could be the immobiliser chip in the key as the key sign came up on my display..... he wasn't having it that it does that when the key is in the ignition & the drivers door open, but what do I know, i've only owned the car 2&half years. so anyway, the car started, I drove home and now it wont start again & it looks like its going to sit on my driveway gathering dust till someone can actually tell me whats wrong with it.........

When I bought the policy you quote 40 call. When I call for breakdown I've been your call will take up to 90 minutes. Waited for engineer to come for 1 hour and 20 minutes and waited for unother 1 hour and 20 minutes for recovery.

I was pleased with the gentleman that came and the time he came in. But unfortunately and not happy with the fact that he broke my bonnet catch. I cannot get it open and am now having to pay to get it fixed. Is there some sort of compensation please.
