Breakdown guy excellent but time slightly over 90 mins wait for what was initially a lone female

I was pleased with the gentleman that came and the time he came in. But unfortunately and not happy with the fact that he broke my bonnet catch. I cannot get it open and am now having to pay to get it fixed. Is there some sort of compensation please.

Dear Sir, Thank you for assisting me yesterday. Your prompt response was so meaningful to me. But it will be advisable, when sending a member of your staff out there to assist, you should give him all the necessary tools. My car suddenly refused to start after I have stopped for a moment , when the recovery vehicle arrived, we cranked the engine and it started but the management light was on. No tools to diagnose the problem. Thanks

I thought that the recovery crew would at least take a look at the car rather then just taking to a garage straight away. Other then that very good quick service.

It's not really possible for me to write a review as I've only just purchased the cover of the internet, but I am curious to why my policy cover states recovery to the nearest garage and your advertisement states I can be recovered to my home address which is to only cover I require

I have only now purchased the motor break down service. It will only start in 2 week's time. The reason for buying it is that I am getting old (83) and am not as good at changing wheels etc, as I used to be. I use the car very little and I wanted the insurance to be for my home address too. J.L.

Only just ordered so cannot speak for the actual breakdown service. The ordering process was very straight forward so hopefully this is consistent across the organisation.

Have been waiting for some kind of Welcome pack , either digital or post, but not had anything yet. Hope I didn't nt need to use Ny service; i wouldnt know a number to call!

Apart from the fact that I had to wait 48 hrs before getting an e-mail from the company, and as yet have not gotten any other correspondence, I am more than happy thus far. The price for the cover was more than competitive. Hopefully I'll get my membership card etc soon in the post.

I only read what the website said about the policy for full UK cover and now wish I had read the actually policy wording document. The website seems to suggest that it does more when actually although you have a choice in some cases, in others you don't really. Also your car is driven to a nearest garage which I believe in other breakdown companies you have a choice of garage in the UK. I guess the policy is cheap but this is probably the reason why. I guess next time I will look closer at the wording in the policy in order to make a decision.

Only recently taken out the policy so can't comment too much. The price was very competitive and straight forward to arrange. The Android App is definitely a no frills affair with not too many options. After logging in with my account details, I longer have any option to view account or login details.
