“Great service, knowledgable and courteous, but on two occasions it look 30 and 35 minutes to be answered on the telephone. Would suggest, in line with some companies, how many in the queue is one, and some companies give an approximately how long.”

“Very professional and polite. Told what would happen and time frame - local mobile flatbed called within 20 minutes and arrived as expected. Very pleased with service. Thanks.”

“Called in the evening as car would not start and the guy told me that if breakdown guy cannot start it they would take me to a garage of my choice. As it was nearly 9 pm I thought not many garages open. He suggested that if possible could I call n the morning and it might be easier to get to a garage if car would not start. Called in morning at 08:30 breakdown truck arrived at about 09:15. Got car started. Excellent service from both Emergency Assist and the breakdown guy.”

“You still state in the documents that a claim cannot be made in 1st 48 hours of policy, although I am renewing existing policy. It is no good at all to have invalid breakdown cover for 48 hours. This happened last year as well. When asked, you say that my cover is continuous, but the wording says it is not. I thought you were going to rectify the wording after I pointed this out last year, but you still haven't.”

“Booking and paying for the policy was easy. I did have to call them out once to my home. I had a bit of a wait but the man was very helpful and polite when he arrived.”

“There has been only one occasion when I considered making actual use of the service, this when I assumed my car's battery to be flat (I sometimes forget to switch off the lights or whatever!) and made an enquiry for assistance but was advised that the service did not provide for a flat battery problem (near home). Surprising? Shocking even? For that reason alone I might reasonably have scored the service "Very Poor". Against that, I've not experienced actual service being provided so been unable to judge such as time taken to attend. Ultimately though, there is no getting away from the fact that the annual subscription charge is, by any standards, so very reasonable that, until such time as I experience actual bad service in operation, I'm happy to run with it and consider that it appears to offer at least a "Good" rating from me!!”

“We broke down on the way from home to South Wales from Cornwall July 2018. The team were so helpful, kept me up to date on progress before the recovery and checking up on progress of the repair etc after we had been towed to a garage to make sure all was ok. Would highly recommend!”
