“I am happy with the service but when it comes to renewal you can spend too long on the phone waiting - I nearly went with someone else When you work full time this is not good - you need extended working hours”

“This is the second year I have dealt with Emergency Assist Ltd. Last year I did have to call them out once and they were most helpful and courteous. Obviously the cost was also very fair.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. Prompt answer to my phone call from a very helpful and courteous young man, a much faster response time from the recovery vehicle than I was expecting and polite, efficient service from the young man driving it. I would highly recommend Emergency Assist Ltd.”

“Shocking service ... This company hides behind terms and conditions ... Poor response time, Lucky to get an answer on their emergency line, hidden charges. Cheap for a reason. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable provider. Most positive reviews are from people who have never had to use the service. From experience I can say that you really don't want to be in a situation where you need this shower.”

“They attended very quickly. However I did have concern regarding the recovery!!!! When he arrived in the flat bed lorry, I asked him if he was going to try and get the vehicle started, no attempt was made to fix the problem, he stated that he did not have parts and if it did he could not fix it, he was very off hand at my request. He put my car on the flat bed and took it to my designated garage, who then examined the car.”

“Having just joined this company my new car ended up with 3 problems in less that that number of weeks. They were very efficient, picked up the car in a huge transporter and we went straight to a well know garage of my choice. I haven't had any problems since then which is 3 years but I would expect the same service and certainly equal to other companies I have used, better that others and much less cost.”
